No more do you need to be sending emails or waiting on the phone for someone to help. You can submit jobs which require urgent attention, all the way down to jobs which can be seen to next time someone is onsite.

You can also request remote support sessions through the system, and select a time which is convenient for you - or straight away if it's urgent.

Your staff can also request jobs, and if the cost for the request is less that a threshold set by you, will be automatically approved and seen to. If the request costs higher than your threshold, once we come back with a quote you can choose to accept or deny the request.
